These burgers are made with lean ground turkey, which means they are healthy. These turkey burgers are just as delicious as their beef counterparts, and they take just minutes to make!

Ingredients

1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon plain dried breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley
2 teaspoons light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the ground turkey, parsley, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Using your hands, squish everything together until they are really well combined.
  2. Shape the mix into 4 equal size patties. Brush the vegetable oil all over the patties.
  3. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook the burger patties until their internal temperature is at least 180F.
  4. Serve on a bun with desired toppings.
