Ingredients
3 cups green cabbage finely shredded
2 cups purple cabbage finely shredded
1 cup carrot finely shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, sugar, white vinegar, celery seeds, salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl and whisk together until fully combined.
- Add in the coleslaw mixture and stir well to combine.
